HearLane is a personal audio library application that converts web articles into audio speech. The Service allows users to import content from various sources, including Notion and direct URLs, and listen to them using synthesized voice technology.
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You rely on an invite-only system for access. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by HearLane Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
You retain all rights to the content you import into the Service. By importing content, you grant HearLane a limited license to process, store, and convert that content into audio solely for your personal use.

In no event shall HearLane Inc., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
